These terms explain how one-page shop projects work. By paying a deposit or starting a project, you agree to these terms.

Services

Donnie Clams builds simple one-page shop pages for resellers and small sellers. Each package lists what is included. Anything outside that scope may need a separate quote.

• Starter: basic one-page shop setup with up to 10 items.
• Launch Kit: more polished setup with up to 25 items and extra setup help.
• Full Setup: larger setup with more support and small update help.
• Buy-Out: bigger one-time setup with source files included after final payment.

Payments

Payments are handled through PayPal right now. Most projects can be started with a deposit, or paid in full. PayPal may ask you to enter the amount manually. Use the exact amount shown on the button and include your email in the PayPal note so the payment can be matched to your request. Remaining balances, if any, are due before the page goes live or before final files are handed over.

Materials

You are responsible for sending item photos, prices, descriptions, payment links, social links, and any business information needed for the page. Timelines start after those materials are received.

Updates

Small updates include text changes, photo swaps, price changes, and minor layout tweaks. New pages, new features, complete redesigns, logo design, or custom apps are separate projects.

Refunds

Deposits are for time reserved and work started. Once work begins, deposits are normally not refundable. If a project is cancelled before work starts, any refund will be handled case by case.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you do not love your store preview, I will fix it free until it feels right. If we genuinely cannot make it work for you, your deposit comes back. No hard feelings.

Ownership

For regular setup packages, the finished page is delivered for your use after final payment. For buy-out projects, source files are included after final payment.

Sales and Results

The page is built to present your items clearly, but no specific sales results are guaranteed. You are responsible for your inventory, prices, buyer communication, payment accounts, taxes, and customer issues.

Portfolio Use

Donnie Clams may show finished work as an example or portfolio piece unless you ask not to.

Website Form

The website form sends your request to Donnie Clams and may store a copy for follow-up. Do not send passwords, private payment details, API keys, or account logins through the form.

AI Chat

The AI chat is there to answer basic questions about the service. It does not take payments, collect passwords, or replace direct communication with Donnie. For anything specific, email hello@donnieclams.com.
