This page explains what information is collected when you use the store request form.

Information Collected

When you use the form, it opens an email addressed to hello@donnieclams.com. That email may include your name, email, selected package, selected template, what you sell, an existing link, and any message you choose to include.

How It Is Used

Your information is used to reply to your request, understand what you need, and handle project communication.

No Selling Personal Info

Your information is not sold. It is not added to a mailing list unless you clearly ask for that later.

Payments

If you pay through PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, Cash App, or another payment provider, that provider handles the payment information. Donnie Clams does not receive your full card or bank details through this site.

Storage

Project emails may be kept in the business inbox so the project can be tracked and referenced. You can ask for your inquiry to be deleted.

AI Chat

If you use the AI chat, your message may be processed by an AI service to generate a reply. Do not send passwords, private payment details, API keys, or anything sensitive through the chat.

How I Store It

Contact form submissions are sent securely to my server and forwarded to my email when email forwarding is configured. I keep them to track projects. I do not sell your info. I do not share it. You can ask me to delete your data anytime.
